I love your products. I love your in-person customer service and Iâve even enjoyed your online order customer service - so I will say that first and foremost I hope youâre alright. As this review request stated, though, itâs been over 7 days. Granted, I didnât pay for expedited shipping but the USPS is stating that my order has only ever had a shipping label createdâŠimplying that youâve never dropped my package off at all. Now, this is unusual. Iâve order before with no problem. I am stuck between a âif itâs a professional pause, Iâd hope thereâd be an emailâŠâ and âif itâs a personal emergency, I am not entitledâŠâ position. Itâs justâŠinteresting. And if this is a USPS problem, Iâm 10 toes for supporting you in any complaint you make. Like, I said, you and your team have been amazing through every experience - this one has just been pretty disappointing and I would be wary of paying for anything expedited because of it.
