I love your products. I love your in-person customer service and I’ve even enjoyed your online order customer service - so I will say that first and foremost I hope you’re alright. As this review request stated, though, it’s been over 7 days. Granted, I didn’t pay for expedited shipping but the USPS is stating that my order has only ever had a shipping label created…implying that you’ve never dropped my package off at all. Now, this is unusual. I’ve order before with no problem. I am stuck between a “if it’s a professional pause, I’d hope there’d be an email…” and “if it’s a personal emergency, I am not entitled…” position. It’s just…interesting. And if this is a USPS problem, I’m 10 toes for supporting you in any complaint you make. Like, I said, you and your team have been amazing through every experience - this one has just been pretty disappointing and I would be wary of paying for anything expedited because of it.
